Established in 1995, by a lifelong skater. Began in skating as an skate instructor, traveling across the country meeting sport influentials. This is when the skating took stride in early 90s. Opened up a skate school along boardwalk in Ocean City MD, then offered rentals. Customers trusted us and wanted to buy from us so we started to sell skates, turning a small beach apartment into a store in the mid 90s. Product lines expanded. Then, a skater from Singapore contacted us wanting to buy our products. He loved our products and service, so he created and maintained a site for Skatestop for no charge. Since then, we have a new site, and sell products from our retail and warehouse location in Ocean City Maryland. We offer sales, rentals, and lessons to locals, and focus on personalized, trusted service, with lifelong dedicated support on anything you buy.
