To truely get an idea for what these shops were like for service, Be-mag had to go undercover.We made 3 false identities and got in contact with the 6 shops.
Our first false identity was a 17 year old male from Ohio known as "Sam Gadus". He was asking for package deals if he bought a bunch of products, he wanted free stuff. #2 was Lisa Koudro from Albany New York, she had questions about carrying skates for women. Our final simulated personality was Joyce (Hoy-se) Von Omage. Being from Brazil, Joyce didn't speak english too well, and this was to get an idea how the shops handled international orders.

#1 Sk8 Stop: Craig at Sk8 Stop is a great guy, and handles all order with class, and amazing speed. Sk8 Stop handled "Sam" with great class, they were more then willing to offer a free shirt or something along those lines, as long as Sam was serious about buying these numerous products from Sk8 Stop. "Lisa" again was handled quickly and thoroughly. They offer a lot of skates in small sizes for women with smaller feet. Joyce was treated well, prices were given to him simply since he did not speak great English. All the shops came close, but SK8 Stop came just ahead of the rest.
