| MINIMUM ORDER |
The minimum order for international shipments is $200, which can include the shipping
cost. If you order skates for $150 and the shipping is $54.75 that would make your total
order 204.75 which would qualify.

| ORDER REQUIREMENTS |
We
must ship to the billing address on the credit card under all circumstances. We verify all
information so only orders that are verified will ship.
| PAYMENT OPTIONS |
We accept American Express only for payment of your international
order. The only exception is if you live in Canada. We accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express for canadian orders. The only
requirement is an 800 # be listed on the order form for your banks
customer service. We need that 800 # in order to double verify
your billing information on your credit card.

| VERIFICATION PROCESS |
We
call our verification company and give them all of the info that you have given. They
forward the information overseas to your card company. They review the information and
verify if it is the same information as listed on the credit card. If it is not the same
information, they are advised to pursue action to determine if fraud is occurring. If
fraud is occurring, we recommend and will help facilitate prosecution in the country where
the crime is committed.
Fraud
will be procecuted to the fullest extent allowed by international law. We will not ship
skates unless the information matches the credit card, the card is a valid card, and we
recieve approval of the sale from your bank.
In
summary, if you place your order today via AMEX or wire transfer, We will usually be able
to ship the next business day. If you place your order via other credit cards, it will
usually take several days to verify. There is the possibility the bank will not disclose
the information needed for verification. When this happens we are not able to ship. This
usually occurs in 5-10`% of the orders.
If
there is no room for your country or information, simply enter it in the most logical
field.

You must choose a
shipping option or your order cannot be processed. Please click the shipping icon on the top
left of each page and then please click international. Please do not forget to do
this. If you do, we will ask you to resubmit your information and include your shipping
choice.
We are able to ship via other methods. The other method available is
US Postal Service. The delivery time is usually much longer and the
savings is usually minimal. However, if you prefer this option you
can check the rate quote by following the procedure below.

pounds for shipping covers shipping and handling costs. These are packaging and delivering
the package to the drop center for international orders. UPS and FED EX pick up at our
location. If you would like to ship via US Postal Service, Please do the following when
you order. In the comments section of the order form state the following:
