ORDERING REQUIREMENTS BY CREDIT CARD |
We verify the shipping address on all orders. 1) The place where you have your credit card or monthly statements sent to on your credit/debit card is commonly referred to as the billing address. If the billing address and ship to address on your order are the same, the order normally ships immediately without any undue delays. If the billing address and ship to address are different, then it is imperative that you specify this information with your bankcard customer service prior to ordering. This will prevent any undue delays. What you need to do is. 1) Call the number on the back of your card/on your statements for customer service. 2) Tell them that you want to have merchandise shipped to a certain address that is different from the address listed on file, commonly referred to as an "alternate shipping address", and give them that complete address. 3)When submitting your order, please make sure to fill in all prompts completely to ensure prompt order processing. If you fill in all prompts requested, then your order can usually be processed faster. i.e. alternate ship to address, contact email,bank 800#. When prompted to enter any comments concerning your order on the order form, please mention that the shipping information is noted on your account. . This is so we will not have to call you to see if the information is noted and will know that it has been done. |

| ORDERING REQUIREMENTS BY MONEY ORDER |
| 1) Orders Paid by the types of Money Orders specified below Ship out the Day that we Receive Them. |
| 2) We accept only US Postal Service Money Orders obtained at your local post office. We do not accept any other forms of mail in payment at this time. |
| 3) Sending other types of money orders will delay shipment up to 1 month. We apologize for this inconvenience but many other money orders have less recourse than an actual personal check. |
4) On International Orders there are varying types of Money Orders such as Citibank Bank Cheque. These are accepted. All Money Orders and Checks that are said to be transferable or used in the United States are accepted. Generally most will ship immediately. There is the possibility if the money order given is able to be cancelled, we must cash the money order and wait several weeks for it to clear. You may also send American Currency through the mail. You can send it certified for proof of delivery or insure our receipt. 5) Once your order has been placed online it cannot be cancelled. Payment cannot be returned to the customer, and refund will not be issued after payment has been received. We can hold a credit in our system for you per your request, but no refunds will be issued. |

3) Mail your Money Order (US Postal Service ONLY accepted, others including bank cashiers check will be returned to customer) and Copy of Order Form to: Skate Stop *Please make sure to put your name and
telephone number on the money order. If there is room on the money order, you can also
include the skate and skate size you are ordering. |
