When ordering online there are several bits of information that will be helpful in making sure that your order goes through quickly and without any problems.

BILLING vs SHIPPING

We need to ship to the billing address on the credit card. The billing address is where the statements on your credit card are mailed to.  We cannot ship to alternate addresses at this time. There is an option to enter a shipping choice on our online order form. However, we cannot process orders shipped to an alternate address. Please disregard this generic form and provide just your billing address.

If there is extremely important that we ship your item to another address please see alternatives below.

The reasons most customers have there item shipped to another address is either convenience or because it is a gift. In either instance, there are some solutions that might work for you.

1)Bill your item to a business credit card so that your work address is your billing address.

2)Have a friend or a family member buy the item or submit there credit card and billing information.

3)If your billing address is a PO Box and you believe that we cannot deliver there, then please see the next heading.

3)Put a post it note on your front door to please hold your item at the terminal. They will hold it at the terminal. You can locate your nearest terminal by calling 1-800-742-5877. (1800 PICK UPS). Most are between 15-60 minutes away. 

4)Order your skates with upgraded shipping. This will give you day definite delivery, so that you can arrange for the gift receiver to not be around. Please note the expected date of arrival in this instance in the subject box of the order form.

5)We can ship FED EX, and check hold at fed ex location. Then you can pick your package up the local FED EX hub. Click your shipping option which is UPS normally on our website. Please indicate to deliver using FED EX (hold at terminal) You must upgrade your shipping to 2 day shipping in order for us to do this. The number for FED EX to find your local terminal is 1-800-463-3339 
(800-GO-FED-EX.

6)You can also call your card company and specify an alternate address for shipping. 

a)Call the customer service # on the back of your card.

b)tell them you are having items shipped to another address other than your billing address.

c)give them your complete name, and address you want to send the item to.

d)indicate on the comments section of the order form that your shipping address information is noted with the credit card company.

e)make sure to include your credit card customer service number on your order form so that we can verify your information.

 

 

 

 

PO BOXES


If your billing address on your credit card is a PO BOX, we can ship there, contrary to popular opinion, via UPS. UPS will send a postcard to your PO Box. The package will be at the local terminal at that time. You can either pick your package up at the local terminal or you can call the 800# listed on the postcard and give them a physical address you would like for delivery. They will then normally put your package out for delivery the following day to locations within your area.

This also does insure that if the item is a gift you can have it routed to the best location at the time, or even pick them up if that would be best for you. It does allow for a lot of flexibility, but only if your billing address is a PO Box.

INVENTORY

When you are ordering skates, you are selecting from an inventory online that in 99% accurate. We do adjust our inventory when a size sells out or when we get a size in stock. However, this does not happen for up to 24 hours.
Usually  we buy enough of each model, and size, so that the likelihood of it selling out when you are ordering is minimal. We might sell out of one size from all skates about 1x a week. As a result, you can order with confidence based on the inventory listed. If it happens that the skate size you ordered is sold out we will notify you.

EMAIL / PHONE #

It is very important to list your email or phone # on your order if you do have one. This is because we may need that to contact you concerning your order. We do not share customer information with any individual or party.

INFORMATION ACCURACY

Often order hold up is because the credit card digits are short 4 numbers, or it is a mistake in numbers or information contained in the address. Also if you upgrade shipping it is important to choose the correct zone based on your zip code. i.e 00000-30000  etc. International Orders must choose a shipping option or the order cannot ship. Domestic / US orders have Free Ground Shipping so no option choice is needed.
