We warranty the products that we sell to the degree that
the skate company does. If the skate company warrants there product, then we will act as a
liason to help in communication with the company. This is because we do not have
replacement parts for these skates and any repairs that we would do would void any
warranties the company may have. As a result, the best way to go about your warranty
problem is to contact the manufacturer direct.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding skates that
are damaged or defective. We are also are not responsible for any consequential injuries that may
result by using a skate bought from us. We DO NOT issue refunds/exchanges for skates
that are defective. The company themselves will repair or replace your skates with equal
or greater value skate. If they choose not to do that because they do not believe
that it is a warranty issue, then we suggest if you feel strongly that you pursue a claim
against that company.
If you
have problems with your USD skate, call 714-799-6838. It is best
to call them between
12 noon - 8pm EST / 9-5pm PST. We suggest you let the phone ring 3
times. If no answer try again later. Leaving a message on the
automated machine will not usually lead to a quick call back. It is
better to retry at a later time.

If the k2 skate is somehow defective call 1-800-972-4066 or 4067. Press 0 and ask for
warranty. If they deem that it is a warranty issue they will probably give you an RA#, and
give you address information on where to send them to.
