If the skate is available from the ordering page, then we have it. Many skate companies actually make it seem as if they have all sizes of everything, or more than they really have. This is a tactic that at first makes you want to buy, but at the end makes you frustrated. We adjust our inventory on a daily basis so that these frustrations are avoided.

The price you see is the price you pay. Some companies jack there prices only to offer a percentage discount that you have to calculate. Most often, this price is still higher than our regular price. We feel it is best to be upfront with the prices, so that you can make your decision without having to factor in calculations of regular and sale prices and what they really mean.

We are also consistent with our pricing. Many companies actually charge you a different price by the way you order. We feel this is deceptive to the customer and does'nt allow them to order in the way that is most convenient. We also feel that it is also unfair for the unknowledged customer who orders in a different way that is more expensive and is not told of a cheaper way.

We have been providing mail order for skating equipment for 6 years. This is  long before the internet was an acceptable form of doing business. In fact, we ran ads in magazines that did not include a website or email address, and successfully handled customers requests for products on the telephone. Although we did not have a catalog, we took care of customers one by one, to act as a personal shopper for buying skate stuff.  We feel that our experience in taking care of customers needs for as many years as we have gives us an edge over the new, inexperienced  web based companies that saturate the internet.

We are very committed to the industry that we are in. We are skaters that have been skating for many years. When we first started skating, there was only a handful of models to choose from. We also have a  certified skate instructor on staff, as well as persons who are socialized within the inline skating industry. That means if our customers need something done within the inline skate industry, we will get it done. For instance, if you wanted to get your video footage viewed by some important people we can arrange for that to happen, etc.
