        All Salomons

• Shock absorbers on the salomons are as thick as any. They are very high quality and do not wear down in time.

• Salomon's liner is undisputed the best produced. Many others over time are now made as thick or or thicker in circumstances, but the quality and comfort of the salomon liner is the best.

• We have never had a warranty issue or problem with any salomons. This is because they are made so well that they do not break.

• wheels and bearings are the best quality available.

• You can size up as much as 2 sizes for the growing skater.
  

• Sizing up 1/2 - 1 size will ensure a more precise fit however. 
  

• For best fit, go with the actual shoe size. 
  

• The great thing about this skate is that the liner is the best of all skates on the market so that it will fill up lots up space if you are growing, and it will stretch in the case of growth.
  

• In either case, its hard to make a mistake with sizing.
  

• If you go with the shoe size of the skater, the skate will stretch 1 full shoe size for growth room, and at the outset it will be a perfect fit. 
  

• If you size up you will have a less precise fit, but tremendous growth room.
  

• Our method of determination is to figure out what size is how long you want these skates to last and what do you anticipate will be the skaters growth. 
  

• If you want these skates to last 6 months, since he will have used these skates and the wheels are going to wear out etc, and you expect 1/2 size growth, and hes a size 4, then you could get say a 4.5, to allow for enough growth room. A 4 would be a good fit too and would allow for growth to size 5 because it will stretch.
  

• Our best advice, get the skate that fits right now. The better fit, the better his/her skating will be and the longer they will continue to participate in this sport. If you size up, the fit might cause sloppy skating, and then they will quit before they grow out of there skates.
